Real Estate Signpost Dimensions

A. The stake is made of heavy galvanized steel pipe with PVC spacers.

B. The Post is 3 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 64" long and made of white virgin PVC vinyl.

C. The Arm is 3" x 7/8" x 42" long and made of white virgin PVC vinyl. Longer arms are available upon request.

The sign post is designed to hold a sign weighing up to 7 pounds and measuring up to 3 ft wide.

Real Estate Sign Post Installation Instructions

 

  1. Assembling the sign post: Insert the Arm (C) through the rectangular holes in the post (B) so that the bolt holes line up. Put the Bolt (E) through the bolt holes and attach the nut.
  2. Installing the post: CAUTION - BEFORE INSTALLING THE POST INTO THE GROUND HAVE ALL UNDERGROUND UTILITIES LOCATED AND MARKED. Drive the Stake (A) into the ground to a sufficient depth with a hammer (a small sledge hammer is ideal). Make sure the plastic spacers on the stake remain above ground level. Slide the assembled post over the Stake. Attach your sign to the to the post with the zip ties and you are done.
